Implement customer confirmation on completed field-service jobs.

The confirmation must record:

customer name — required;

customer signature — required;

customer email — optional;

confirmation timestamp — generated by the server;

the user who recorded the confirmation.

The feature must be available from both the admin/dispatcher job detail page and the worker job detail page.

Keep the implementation lightweight and consistent with the existing plain PHP, PDO, MariaDB, server-rendered view, CSRF, authentication, and role-checking patterns already used in the application.
