Add proper multi-company support to Task App so that normal users can only access data belonging to companies they are members of.

Add a global super_admin role that can manage every company and access all company data.

Existing application data is only test data and does not need to be preserved. Existing users, customers, locations, jobs, tasks, materials, movements, attachments, photos, customer confirmations and other related test records may be deleted and replaced with clean seed data.
